Urine to be collected in a 5 ltr can for 24 hrs., this container can be bought from medical shop, a small sample of 5-10 ml has to be taken from this accumulated urine over last 24 hrs. and to be handed over to phlebotomist in a small sterilized container which can easily be bought from any nearby medical shop. Total Quantity to be noted of the urine collected over last 24 hrs. and to be told to sample collector . Shake and Mix the accumulated liquid well before giving small qty of sample in small plastic sterilized container.
